Refund Policy

We want you to enrol with confidence. This policy explains when fees can be refunded. It applies to paid programmes only — free plans and promotional free seats involve no payment and so nothing to refund.

1. Cooling-off period

You may cancel and request a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided you have not:

  • attended more than one live session, and
  • downloaded or accessed more than 20% of the recorded material.

Because our training is digital and delivered immediately, once substantial material has been consumed it cannot be returned — which is why these limits exist.

2. After the cooling-off period

After 7 days, or once the usage limits above are exceeded, fees are non-refundable. This is because your seat, session capacity and mentoring time are reserved for you and cannot be resold once the batch begins.

We may, at our discretion, offer a partial credit toward a future batch in genuine cases of medical emergency or bereavement, on production of reasonable evidence.

3. If we cancel

If we cancel a programme outright, or fail to deliver it and cannot offer you a place in a later batch, you receive a full refund of the fee paid for the undelivered portion.

Rescheduling a session is not a cancellation. Where we reschedule, you will be offered an alternative slot, the recording, or a place in the next batch.

4. What is not refundable

  • Fees where access has been shared, resold or otherwise misused
  • Enrolments terminated for a breach of our Terms & Conditions
  • Dissatisfaction with trading outcomes. We teach method and provide education; we do not promise profit — see our Disclaimer
  • Payment gateway or bank charges, and applicable taxes already remitted

5. How to request a refund

Email stockmarketcoachingindia@gmail.com from the address you enrolled with, including:

  • your full name and registered phone number,
  • the programme and batch you enrolled in,
  • the payment date, amount and transaction reference,
  • the reason for your request.

6. Processing time

We acknowledge refund requests within 3 working days and decide within 10 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 working days of approval; the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
