Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of www.stockmarketcoachingindia.com and any training provided by Stock Market Coaching India. By using this website, booking a consultation or enrolling in a programme, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What we provide

We provide education and training in stock market and options trading concepts: option pricing, strike price analysis, market analysis techniques and risk management. Delivery may include live online sessions, recorded sessions, written material, chart walk-throughs, a student dashboard and access to a student community for a stated period.

We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, broking or fund management, and we are not registered with SEBI in any adviser or research analyst capacity. Please read our Disclaimer in full — it forms part of these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By enrolling you confirm that you are.

3. Your account

  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
  • One person, one account. We permit a single active session per account — signing in on a new device signs you out elsewhere. Accounts are personal and must not be shared, sold or transferred.
  • Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Record, screen-capture, download, reproduce, resell or redistribute any session, material or dashboard content without our written permission
  • Share your access with anyone else, or allow group viewing under one account
  • Present our material as your own, or use it to run competing training
  • Attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the security of the site, or use automated tools to scrape it
  • Harass other students or staff in any community channel

We may suspend or terminate access immediately, without refund, for a material breach of this clause.

5. Intellectual property

All course content, recordings, notes, templates, methods, branding and site design remain our property or that of our licensors. On enrolment you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the material for your own learning for the duration of your enrolment. No other rights are granted.

6. Fees and payment

  • Fees for each programme are shown on the pricing section of the website at the time of enrolment and are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Promotional pricing, launch offers and free seats are limited in number and duration, are offered at our discretion, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time before enrolment is confirmed.
  • Access to paid features begins once payment is confirmed and continues for the stated period.
  • Applicable taxes are payable in addition unless we state otherwise. You are responsible for any bank or payment gateway charges.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Sessions and scheduling

Booking a consultation slot is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until we confirm it. We may reschedule a session where necessary — for example due to illness, technical failure or events outside our control — and will offer an alternative slot or access to the recording or next batch.

You are responsible for having a working internet connection and a suitable device. We are not responsible for a session you miss due to your own connection or equipment.

8. Availability of the website

We aim to keep the site and dashboard available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and we may suspend access for maintenance, security or upgrades.

9. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any trading or investment loss you incur, whether or not it follows anything you learned from us. You alone decide what to trade and bear the outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, data or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the site and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or conduct that harms other students or our staff. Clauses on intellectual property, liability and governing law survive termination.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to the parties first attempting to resolve it in good faith by direct discussion.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you enrol applies to that enrolment. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
